The Jiangsu Tenglong Stainless Steel High end Precision Wire Intelligent Manufacturing Project was constructed with an investment of 1.5 billion yuan by Tenglong Precision Wire Group Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in the Chinese private manufacturing industry and a leading enterprise in stainless steel wire production. The project is located in Dainan Town, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 150 acres with a construction area of 80000 square meters. It has been selected as a major project in Jiangsu Province in 2023. The completion of the project will strongly promote the regional stainless steel wire industry to move towards intelligence and high-end development.
Recently, Wang Chuan, the sales manager of Jiangsu Tenglong Precision Wire Group Co., Ltd., introduced in an interview that the company's newly developed continuous solid solution annealing furnace production line uses the latest insulation materials, which reduces the energy consumption of the annealing furnace by 20% and improves production efficiency by 10%.
Since its trial operation in March this year, the first phase of the project has completed 5 continuous solid solution annealing production lines, with an expected daily production capacity of over 60 tons. All equipment in the first phase of the project will be put into operation gradually in the first half of the year, with a monthly production capacity of over 4000 tons. At the same time, due to strong product demand, orders in hand have been scheduled for December this year.
It is understood that the Jiangsu Tenglong Stainless Steel High end Precision Wire Intelligent Manufacturing Project plans to produce 30000 tons of stainless steel precision wire and 37000 tons of aerospace nuclear power stainless steel fasteners annually, which will be widely used in high-precision hardware, springs, automobiles, medical and other industries. In addition, the production line also adopts environmentally friendly processes to reduce the discharge of wastewater and waste residue, ensuring a steady increase in production capacity while allowing green production to take effect.
